Peter Lupo, ARM, CHST
​
Peter Lupo is a Construction Safety Expert based out of San Diego, CA with 20 years of experience from coast to coast. Lupo has experience as a construction safety expert on a vast array of commercial construction types including design build structures, and has served as a percipient and expert witness in legal matters. He holds several credentials including Associate Risk Manager through the American Institute for CPCU and Insurance Institute of America. He has also earned the CHST designation through the Board Certified Safety Professionals. Peter’s main focus is to increase corporate stability by engineering risk out of the building process his core focus includes managing contract processes, the corporate loss control program, corporate safety management, regulatory compliance, and insurance policy and claim management. His management background includes general construction, as well as self-perform heavy construction trades.
In addition to Expert Witness Services, he is always available to discuss potential cases and provide a preliminary review of facts. This review is intended to assist you in your evaluation of a case and develop a list of discovery items to begin the evaluation process.

Tony Lee, Construction Manager

Mr. Lee’s background in construction spans three decades and includes twenty years of continuous employment at one of the largest and oldest General Contractors and Specialty Subcontractors headquartered in San Diego County. During his employment at this firm the company grew from revenue in the tens of millions per year executed locally to several hundred million per year nationally. Tony has been involved in decades of project management and executive operations management including several years of “bags-on” structural concrete field work. As part of his executive and project
management duties Tony has personally prepared or overseen dozens of multi-million dollar claims and has been deposed numerous times - in many instances as the designated person most knowledgeable. Tony has extensive first hand background in claims, litigation and project execution of hospitality, mixed-use, multi-family, design build, educational, healthcare, infrastructure, federal, state and public works projects delivered in hard bid and design build methodologies. His vast knowledge of general and specialty trade contracting come from on the job experience directly working with and
navigating contracting mechanisms, estimating, subcontract buyout, scheduling,project staffing, project execution, cost
control and project closeout including claims.
